For large implementations or mission critial applications, we suggest purchasing our Digital Pen Enterprise software.  This is available as a pre-configured appliance (DP-100) or as enterprise software that can be installed on your own hardware.

You can configure both solutions in a clustered environment in order to achieve high-performance and high-availabilty if needed.  The software is exactly the same system that we use to host our Public Digital Pen service.

In order to accomodate developers, partners and small implementations, Formation Systems has created a publically available Digital Pen Service.

This public service allows developers to create a Digital Pen based application quickly and easily.  After processing forms, they are available via FTP for integration into client application.  The Formation Demonstration Kit source code is available when you sign up as a developer.  This application demonstrates all of the functionality required to create a Digital Pen based system.  Some additional benefits:

• Do not need to invest in an Enterprise class system during development.
• Ideal for proof-of-concept applications.
• Ideal for sales demonstrations.

Pricing is annual per pen.  You may have an unlimited number of pens and form templates.
